Artisan Ice Cream Scoop Kit

This is a Craft Supplies Artisan Ice Cream Scoop Kit.  It comes with a 3/8″ x 16 tpi set screw which is compatible with any of Niles mandrels.  Just drill a 5/16″ hole a minimum of 1 1/8″ deep then either cut threads with a tap or use the Niles mandrel to tap the threads. When you finish turning the handle, glue the set screw into it so when you want to wash the scoop, simply unscrew the handle.
