Pepper Mill Blank - Hardwood

We source our hardwood regionally and cut all blanks individually to remove checks and wastewood.  Most species are kiln dried, but occaisionally we run across a load of local hardwood that has been drying for 8-10 years and will accomodate the percentage of moisture content we are seeking.  Ash blanks are currently 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" x length chosen.  Cherry blanks are 3" x 3" x length chosen.
